Image Prints Too Dark Troubleshooting Probable Causes The printer needs to be calibrated. Print Density is Uneven Solutions Perform the color calibration procedure. For more information see Setting Color Calibration on page 121. Probable Causes One or more of the imaging units may be defective. The printer is not level. Solutions Remove the imaging units one at a time, and check for damage. If it is damaged, replace it. Place the printer on a flat, hard, level surface.
