Change these settings as desired. 1 Click Start → All Programs (or Programs). 2 Click Dell AIO Printer A960 → Fax Tools (or Classic PhoneTools). The fax configuration wizard begins. 3 Click Next. 4 Read the license agreement, and then click Yes to continue. 5 Enter your name and company name. 6 Click Next. 7 Enter an identifier, phone number, and fax number. 8 Click Next, click Next, click Next, and click Next again. 9 Click Finish.
