rmon hc-alarm c e s Set an alarm on any MIB object. Syntax rmon hc-alarm number variable interval {delta | absolute} rising-threshold value event-number falling-threshold value event-number [owner string] To disable the alarm, use the no rmon hc-alarm number command. Parameters number variable interval delta absolute rising-threshold value event-number falling-threshold value event-number owner string Enter the alarm integer number from 1 to 65535. The value must be unique in the RMON Alarm Table. The MIB object to monitor. The variable must be in the SNMP OID format, for example, 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3 The object type must be a 64 bit integer. Time, in seconds, the alarm monitors the MIB variables; this is the alarmSampleType in the RMON Alarm table. Range: 5 to 3600 seconds Enter the keyword delta to test the change between MIB variables. This is the alarmSampleType in the RMON Alarm table. Enter the keyword absolute to test each MIB variable directly. This is the alarmSampleType in the RMON Alarm table.
