Power down the node Power down the node as described in Power control procedures. Remove a faulted I/O module Steps 1. Pull the trigger mechanism on the I/O module handle to release it. CAUTION: Do not pull the node from the base enclosure. Pulling the node from the base enclosure disrupts the system cache. Figure 51. Releasing the I/O module 2. 1.
Pull the trigger mechanism on the I/O module handle to release it.
