Display Closure Sensor Removing The Display Closure Sensor 1. Follow the procedures in Before Working On Your Computer 2. Remove the Secure Digital (SD) card. 3. Remove the base cover. 4. Remove the battery. 5. Disconnect and release the flex cable that connects the display closure sensor board to the system board. 6. Remove the screws that secures the display closure sensor to the computer. 7. Lift the display closure sensor up and away from the computer along with its flex cable. Removing The Display Closure Sensor
1.
Follow the procedures in
Before Working On Your Computer
2.
Remove the
Secure Digital (SD) card
.
3.
Remove the
base cover
.
4.
Remove the
battery
.
5.
Disconnect and release the flex cable that connects the display closure sensor board to the system board.
6.
Remove the screws that secures the display closure sensor to the computer.
7.
Lift the display closure sensor up and away from the computer along with its flex cable.
