Figure 11. Ports on Wyse 5070 Extended thin client Monitor priority-The following order defines the monitor priority set on ThinOS for Wyse 5070 Extended thin client: • DP1 > DP2 > DP3 > mDP4 > mDP5 > DP6 • DP1 > USB Type-C > DP3 > mDP4 > mDP5 > DP6 • DP1 > DP2 > VGA > mDP4 > mDP5 > DP6 • DP1 > USB Type-C > VGA > mDP4 > mDP5 > DP6 NOTE: Monitor cable hot plug-Screen layout settings are changed based on supported monitor resolution and the port to which the monitor is plugged in. NOTE: Earlier in ThinOS zero theme, the Display Setup window was aligned with left-hand setting panel. In current scenario, the Display Setup window is positioned to center of the screen regardless of Classic/Zero mode. This enhancement is made to easily configure the display setup along with the confirmation window. INI parameters-The INI parameters for display in Wyse 5070 thin client are from ThinOS 8.5 legacy INI. The INI parameter supports only two monitors, that is, the INI settings can only impact the first two screens. If you add the third screen, it follows the display settings defined for the second screen. There are few settings that are not applicable for Wyse 5070 thin client with ThinOS. For more information, see INI parameters. Further solution on INI settings for Wyse 5070 thin client with ThinOS is provided post RTS. ThinOS 8.5_107 33
