If you do not have the FTP server installed, then refer to the article about how to setup an FTP server at support.microsoft.com. Installing the Windows IIS creates the directory C:\inetpub\ftproot, which is known as the FTP root. In the ftproot directory, create a folder wyse and a sub folder wnos.
