All lights Printer cover open The printer cover is open during printing. Printer error, restart printer A printer error has occurred Service required (Lights flash alternately) Parts inside the printer are at the end of their service life. Nozzle maintenance required Print head nozzles are clogged or misaligned. Unknown printer error An unknown printer error has occurred. Close the printer cover. Turn off the printer and make sure paper is not jammed. & See "The Paper Jams" on page 165. If the error still does not clear, contact Epson. & See "Where To Get Help" on page 182. Contact Epson to replace them. & See "Where To Get Help" on page 182.
