note When the projector is in sleep mode, the power light is orange. If necessary, you can disable sleep mode in the Setting menu. See page 69. Sleep Mode When the projector has not received any input signals for 30 minutes, it automatically turns off the projector lamp and enters "sleep mode." In sleep mode, only a minimum amount of the projector's circuitry remains on. This conserves electricity, cools the projector, and extends the life of the lamp. When you are ready to start projecting again, press the Power button. If you are done using the projector, unplug the power cord. Adjusting the Image Once you see your image, you'll need to make certain adjustments: I To focus or zoom your image, see below. I If only part of a computer image is displayed, you may need to press the Resize button. See page 45 for more information. I If the image is too high or too low, you can reposition it. See page 46. Using the Projector
Sleep Mode
When the projector has not received any input signals for 30 minutes,
it automatically turns off the projector lamp and enters “sleep mode.”
In sleep mode, only a minimum amount of the projector’s circuitry
remains on. This conserves electricity, cools the projector, and extends
the life of the lamp. When you are ready to start projecting again,
press the
Power
button. If you are done using the projector, unplug
the power cord.
Adjusting the Image
Once you see your image, you’ll need to make certain adjustments:
To focus or zoom your image, see below.
If only part of a computer image is displayed, you may need to
press the
Resize
button. See page 45 for more information.
If the image is too high or too low, you can reposition it. See
page 46.
If the image isn’t square, see page 47.
If the image is flickering or “noisy,” see page 47.
Focusing and Zooming Your Image
Rotate the focus ring to sharpen the image.
