Using the Home Screen 77 Adding an Outlook email account You can also set up and add an Outlook email account on the Email tab and view the same email messages that you receive in Outlook on your computer or on the Exchange Server. Before you add an Outlook email account, obtain the Exchange Server name, domain name, user name, and password from your network administrator. 1. On the Home screen, slide to the Email tab. 2. Tap Menu > Accounts > New Account. 3. On the Mail Setup screen, enter your email address and password, select Exchange Email (Outlook), and then tap Next. 4. Enter the domain name and server address, select the This server requires an encrypted (SSL) connection option, if needed, and then tap Next. 5. Clear the data that you want to exclude from synchronisation, and then tap Done. Your phone synchronises with the Exchange Server and downloads your Outlook email messages. Note If you include all Outlook data, your Outlook contacts, appointments, and tasks will also synchronise with your phone. For more information about working with company email, see Chapter 7.

Adding an Outlook email account
You can also set up and add an Outlook email account on the Email tab and view
the same email messages that you receive in Outlook on your computer or on the
Exchange Server. Before you add an Outlook email account, obtain the Exchange

On the Home screen, slide to the

Tap
Menu > Accounts > New Account
