6. Disconnect the power button board cable (1) and the touchpad button board cable (2). 7. Remove the three Phillips PM2.5×4.0 screws that secure the top cover to the computer. 8. Lift the rear edge of the top cover (1) until it disengage from the base enclosure. NOTE: The top cover may be very tightly secured to the computer. Component replacement procedures 63
