Printing Envelopes Envelopes can only be printed from Tray 1. For information on loading envelopes, see the section on loading envelopes into Tray 1. Adhering to the following guidelines will help ensure successful printing and help prevent printer jams: • The weight rating of envelopes should not exceed 90 g/m2 (24-lb). • Envelopes should be flat. 2 • Envelopes with windows or clasps may not be used. • Envelopes must not be wrinkled, nicked, or otherwise damaged. • Verify that the envelopes' adhesive material can tolerate the printer's fusing temperature of 190 ° C (374 ° F) for 0.1 second. Printing Envelopes
Envelopes can only be printed from Tray 1. For information
