Troubleshooting Software is functioning abnormally Follow these suggestions if the software becomes unresponsive or responds abnormally: ■ Restart the computer: ❏ In Windows XP Home, select Start > Turn Off Computer > Restart. ❏ In Windows XP Professional, select Start > Turn Off Computer > Restart > OK. Follow these suggestions if the software becomes
unresponsive or responds abnormally:
Restart the computer:
In Windows XP Home, select
Start > Turn Off
