Replace the missing print cartridge(s) with a new one. You are printing in Reserve Mode with only the black print cartridge installed and borderless printing turned on. Replace the missing print cartridges, or turn off borderless printing. For more information on printing in Reserve Mode, see use reserve mode on page 9. You may have enlarged the photo too much. Press the ZOOM button one or more times to reduce the magnification. The print cartridge may be running out of ink. Print a diagnostic page. OR Windows PC • Check the ink levels of the print cartridges from the Estimated Ink Level tab of the HP Photosmart Toolbox. Macintosh • Check the ink level status in the HP Inkjet Utility.
