Message Description SCANNER LOCKED. PRESS ? FOR HELP. Scanner is locked. Unlock the scanner from underneath the print-carriage access door. See Printing supplies area for information about finding the scanner lock. Refer to the Getting Started Guide for more information about unlocking the scanner. Once the scanner has been unlocked, press (select button) to continue. SCANNER NOT RESPONDING. PRESS ? FOR HELP. The all-in-one scanner is not responding. Make sure that the scanner has been unlocked. See Printing supplies area for information about finding the scanner lock. Refer to the Getting Started Guide for more information about unlocking the scanner. If the problem the persists, turn off the power to the all-in-one, wait 5 seconds, and then turn on the power. If the problem continues, the scanner module may have failed. SERVICE STALL. PRESS TO CONTINUE. An all-in-one motor has stalled. Press (select button) for the all-in-one to attempt automatic recovery and clear the message. If the message persists, contact an HP-authorized service or support provider. SHARENAME IS INCORRECT. PRESS CONTINUE TO The sharename is incorrect. Use the control panel or the EWS to correct the sharename. SMTP SERVER NOT CONFIGURED. PRESS TO CONTINUE The SMTP server is not configured. Go to the EMAIL SETUP menu or use the EWS to configure the SMTP server. TRAY 2 DOES NOT SUPPORT CUSTOM MEDIA Custom media size is supported in tray 1 only. SIZE. LOAD TRAY 1, PRESS TO Load tray 1 with custom media and press CONTINUE (select button) to continue. WAIT FOR PAGE TO DRY OR PRESS CONTINUE. TO The all-in-one is waiting for the printed page to dry before continuing to print.
