b. Carefully place the rear engage mechanism onto the 2 placement pins on the rear press wall. Tighten the 4 M6 Allen screws. 3. Install the rails, as follows: a. From the front side of charge roller, insert the rear rail in its slot until it reaches the rear engage mechanism. Figure 3-4 Installing the rails and engage mechanisms b. In the rear side of charge roller, another person should connect the rear rail to the rear engage mechanism using the original M4 Allen screw. Do not tighten this screw. c. At the front side, reinstall the guide pin to the rear rail, on the front engage mechanism. d. Tighten the guide pin. e. Repeat steps a-d for the front rail. 4. Tighten the 2 M4 Allen screws that connect the 2 rails to the rear engage mechanism. 5. At the press front, reinsert (slide on the rails) the charge roller unit all the way in. 6. Close the engine front door. Replacing the carbon brushes Do the following: 1. Remove the charge roller assembly from the press. 2. Remove the rubber charge roller from the charge roller assembly. Install the rails, as follows:
a.
From the front side of charge roller, insert the rear rail in its slot until it reaches the rear engage
mechanism.

In the rear side of charge roller, another person should connect the rear rail to the rear engage
mechanism using the original M4 Allen screw. Do
not
tighten this screw.
c.
At the front side, reinstall the guide pin to the rear rail, on the front engage mechanism.
d.
Tighten the guide pin.
e.
Repeat steps a-d for the front rail.
4.
Tighten the 2 M4 Allen screws that connect the 2 rails to the rear engage mechanism.
5.
At the press front, reinsert (slide on the rails) the charge roller unit all the way in.
6.
Close the engine front door.
Replacing the carbon brushes
Do the following:
1.
Remove the charge roller assembly from the press.
2.
Remove the rubber charge roller from the charge roller assembly.
