Voice mail is available on the fax line ● Add a distinctive ring service to your telephone line and change the Distinctive Ring setting on the product to match the ring pattern supplied by the telephone company. Contact your telephone company for information. a. From the Home screen on the product control panel, touch the Setup button. b. Open the Fax Setup menu. c. Open the Basic Setup menu. d. Open the Distinctive Ring menu. e. Select the correct setting. ● Buy a dedicated line for faxing. ● Set the Answer Mode option to the Manual setting. a.
