Software description HP Embedded Web Server The HP Embedded Web Server (HP EWS) is a standard feature on all HP LaserJet M5025/M5035 MFP models that are connected through a network. The HP EWS provides a simple, easy-to-use solution for one-to-one device management. Instead of installing management software, such as HP Web Jetadmin, use HP EWS for remote management in offices that have a limited number of devices. The management console must have a supported Web browser. In environments that have a larger number of devices, in which one-to-one management is impractical, the HP Embedded Web Server and HP Web Jetadmin work together to provide scalable remote device management. Use HP Web Jetadmin to consolidate management tasks and perform operations on a selected set of devices. For such environments, HP provides hooks between the HP EWS and HP Web Jetadmin so that HP EWS features can be configured on multiple devices in one operation.
