Tape Blade assembly • An HP Ultrium Tape driver for the tape drive HP website and must be installed before the HP Ultrium Tape driver. It can be installed from the link on the HP StorageWorks Tape CD-ROM or directly from the HP Support website, http://www.hp.com/#Support. The power and data connectors are on a single SAS cable. 3. Retain the coupler plate for use with the replacement chassis. Remove the tape drive 1. Press the mounting rails in towards the tape drive and slowly pull the tape drive away from the chassis until the power and data cable become accessible. Figure 36 Releasing the tape drive . Remove the tape drive completely and retain it for use with the replacement chassis. 4. Put the faulty Tape Blade chassis into the packaging that contained the replacement item.
