To bypass it, type the command: phlash xxxxxx.ful /o where xxxxxx is the name of the BIOS code file. You have entered the user password when booting the machine. Reboot and use your Administrator password. The Secure Switch, system board switch 8, is CLOSED. Open this switch to enable the BIOS flash. 38

There is a mismatch between the file name in the Phlash
command and the file name in the code file itself.
To bypass it, type the command:
phlash xxxxxx.ful /o
where
xxxxxx
is the name of the BIOS code file.
