Device Configuration Device Configuration Interrupt I/O Address Vectra Vli8 09 1400 Vectra VEi7 03 DC00 Vectra VEi8 11 E400 Procedure 1 With the HP Vectra turned off, install the D-Link DFE-500TX PCI adapter into a PCI slot. 2 Connect network cable media to the D-Link DFE-500TX PCI card. 3 From the location of the "NetWare Client for DOS and Windows v1.21" installation files, execute "Install.exe". 4 Select option 5 "Select the driver for your network board" and press "Enter". 5 Select "OTHER DRIVERS"from the Network Board selection. 6 Insert the D-Link driver disk into the floppy drive. 7 Type the path "A:\" when prompted and press "Enter". 8 Select "DLKPCI PCI Fast Ethernet" and hit "Enter". 9 Accept the default network board settings and press "F10" to save it.
