Disconnect all power cables and any LAN or telecommunications cables. 2 Remove the PC's cover and front bezel (refer to page 25 for these instructions). 3 Remove the two primary hard disk retaining screws located on the front left side of the chassis and lift the primary hard disk drive out of the hard disk drive bay. ➌ 4 Disconnect the data and power cables from the primary hard disk drive. If you have a second hard disk drive installed, disconnect its data and power cables. 5 Remove the two secondary disk tray retaining screws located on the front centre of ➎ the chassis, then slide the tray towards the rear of the PC and remove it. 6 Disconnect the speaker and control panel cables from their connectors on the system board. 39

Removing the Assembly

Switch off the display and PC. Disconnect all power cables and any LAN
or telecommunications cables.

Remove the PC’s cover and front bezel (refer to page 25 for these
instructions).

Remove the two
primary hard disk
retaining screws
located on the
front left side of the
chassis and lift the
primary hard disk
drive out of the
hard disk drive bay.

Disconnect the
data and power
cables from the
primary hard disk
drive. If you have a
second hard disk
drive installed,
disconnect its
data and power
cables.

Remove the two
secondary disk
tray retaining
screws located on
the front centre of
the chassis, then
slide the tray
towards the rear
of the PC and
remove it
.

Disconnect the speaker and control panel cables from their connectors
on the system board.
