If set to 1, the restart function is available while the screen is locked. If set to 1, the button drawer containing additional options is available while the screen is locked. If set to 1, the Sleep function is available while the screen is locked. If set to 1, touch screen settings can be configured while the screen is locked. The registry key root/touchscreen/ enabled must also be enabled. If set to 1, the custom image defined in logoPath is used for the screen saver. If set to 0, monitor power management is disabled.
