GD8000 User Guide Radio Configuration sub-menu Customizing Your BIOS Field Bluetooth Wireless LAN CRMA Express Setting Disabled Enabled Disabled Enabled Description Turn the Bluetooth radio on/off during a system reboot. Turn the WLAN port on the Mini PCI WLAN or MiniCard WLAN on/off during a system reboot. Disabled Enabled Turn the CRMA Express radio on/off during a system reboot. The Boot Menu Use these fields to set the devices from which the system should boot, in order of priority, depending on your configuration. The boot device fields are dynamic and change depending on the devices installed on your GD8000 during that boot sequence. For example, if you have a DVD/CDRW Combo drive or a USB floppy drive installed, they appear as options in the boot device fields. If you only have a hard disk drive, it will be the only option that displays. When you select a device, it is disabled in the other boot device fields. Field 1st Boot Device Setting HDD:P0-Hitachi HTS CD/DVD:P1-Optiarc Disabled Description Select the device the computer should boot from first. A device enclosed in parenthesis has been disabled in the corresponding type menu 2nd Boot Device Network Boot (PXE) HDD:P0-Hitachi HTS CD/DVD:P1-Optiarc Disabled Disabled Enabled NOTE Only devices installed during boot up will show as boot device options. If enabled, booting from the network is possible. Quiet Boot Disabled Enabled Enabled: displays OEM logo instead of POST messages Disabled: displays normal POST messages CAUTION Incorrect settings can cause your system to malfunction.
