To connect a cable or satellite TV box: 1 Make sure that your TV/Blu-ray combo's power cord is unplugged and the cable or satellite TV box is turned off. 2 Connect the incoming cable from the cable TV or satellite TV wall jack to the cable-in jack on the cable or satellite TV box. Back of TV/Blu-ray combo 4 If you use the COMPONENT1 or COMPONENT2 INPUT jacks, connect an audio cable to the L/R audio jacks to the right of the video jacks. Or, If you use the AV INPUT S-VIDEO or AV INPUT VIDEO jack, connect an audio cable to the AV INPUT AUDIO L/R audio jacks. Note If the cable or satellite TV box does not have an HDMI, component, S-Video, or composite jack, connect the cable or satellite TV box to the ANT/CABLE IN jack on the back of your TV/Blu-ray combo. Connecting an HDMI device To connect an HDMI device: 1 Make sure that your TV/Blu-ray combo's power cord is unplugged and the HDMI device is turned off. 2 Connect an HDMI cable to the HDMI1 INPUT or HDMI2 INPUT jack on the back of your TV/Blu-ray combo and to the HDMI OUT jack on the HDMI device. Note You can also connect an HDMI device to the HDMI3 INPUT jack. Back of TV/Blu-ray combo Component S-Video Video HDMI 3 Depending on the jacks available on the cable or satellite TV box, connect a cable from the outgoing jacks on the cable or satellite TV box to the corresponding jacks on the back of your TV. The connection can be to an HDMI jack, COMPONENT1 or COMPONENT2 INPUT jacks, AV INPUT S-VIDEO jack, or AV INPUT VIDEO jack. Connecting a cable or satellite TV box
To connect a cable or satellite TV box:
1
Make sure that your TV/Blu-ray combo’s power
cord is unplugged and the cable or satellite TV
box is turned off.

Connect the incoming cable from the cable TV
or satellite TV wall jack to the cable-in jack on
the cable or satellite TV box.

Depending on the jacks available on the cable
or satellite TV box, connect a cable from the
outgoing jacks on the cable or satellite TV box
to the corresponding jacks on the back of your
TV. The connection can be to an
HDMI
jack,
COMPONENT1
or
COMPONENT2 INPUT
jacks,
AV INPUT S-VIDEO
jack, or
AV INPUT VIDEO
jack.

If you use the
COMPONENT1

COMPONENT2

jacks, connect an audio cable to the
L/R
audio jacks to the right of the video jacks.
Or,
If you use the
AV INPUT S-VIDEO

Connecting an HDMI device
To connect an HDMI device:

Make sure that your TV/Blu-ray combo’s power
cord is unplugged and the HDMI device is
turned off.

TV/Blu-ray combo and to the
