ENGLISH iHeartRADIO operations (For iPhone) What is iHeartRADIO? iHeartRADIO can deliver access to over 1500 local radio stations in both AM and FM, as well as commercial-free and artist-programmed channels. All stations are streamed in high-quality AAC format. You can listen to iHeartRADIO on this unit by using the "iHeart Link for JVC" application on an iPhone. 1 Install the latest version of the iHeart Link application to your iPhone. 2 Connect your iPhone to the unit (☞ page 65). For connection, use a USB2.0 cable (accessory of the iPod/iPhone) or a USB Audio and Video cable for iPod/ iPhone (KS-U49, not supplied). USB 2.0 cable (accessory of the iPod/iPhone) or KS-U49 (not supplied) 3 Start the iHeart Link application by your iPhone. 4 Select "iHeartRADIO" as the source. Channel number*1 Receiving traffic information Station name 7 : Sound off Displays the album artwork or the station logo.*2 Song information [3 / 7] Turns the sound on and off. [4] [¢] Selects the previous/next favorite station. [Random] Randomly selects a station. [Stations] Displays the Station List. (☞ page 72) [ ] [Tag] Storing your favorite stations. (☞ page 73) Tags the current song. (☞ page 74) *1 The channel number is the number of the Favorite station according to its registration order. *2 The station logo is displayed when there is no album artwork or the iHeartRADIO application is stopped. If there is no artwork or station logo available, the default artwork is displayed. 71
