ENGLISH iPod/iPhone Troubleshooting/error messages SiriusXM Radio Symptoms Remedies/Causes Sound is distorted. Deactivate the equalizer either on this unit or the iPod/ iPhone. Video is not played back. Check the connection of USB Audio and Video cable (KSU49, not supplied). iPod/iPhone cannot be charged. Connect iPod/iPhone directly to the unit without using a USB hub. "No Signal" Make sure the Satellite radio antenna is mounted outside the vehicle. Move vehicle to an area with a clear view of the sky. "Check Antenna" • Check the Satellite radio antenna connection and make sure it is firmly attached to the tuner. • Check the Satellite radio antenna cable to see whether it is bent or broken. If the antenna cable is damaged, replace it. "Check Tuner" The communication is disconnected or an error occurs. Wait for a while. "Channel Not Available" Selected channel is no longer available or is unauthorized. Select another channel or continue listening to the previous channel. "Ch Unsubscribed" Selected channel is not part of your current subscription plan. Call 1-866-635-2349 to subscribe. "Subscription updated. Press [OK] to continue." Your subscription is updated. Press [OK] button to continue. "Subscription updated. Switch to the AV screen Your subscription is updated. To continue, switch to the to continue." AV screen and then press [OK] button.
