Electronic Oven Control Pad Features READ THE iNSTRUCTiONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE OVEN. For satisfactory use of your oven, become familiar with the various features and functions of the oven as described below. Detailed instructions for each feature and function follow later in this Use & Care Guide. SLOW COOK-Use to select the Slow Cook feature, OVEN COOK TIME-Use to enter the length of the baking time. FLEX CLEAN START--Use PAD-- Use to select the SelfCleaning feature, to start all oven features (not used with Oven Light). BAKE PAD-- Use to enter the normal Bake feature, BROIL PAD-- Use to select variable broil CONVECTION 0 THRU 9 ROAST-- Use to NUMBER PADS select the -- Use to enter Convection Roast feature, temperature and times. DELAY START-- Use with BAKE, CONV BAKE, PREHEAT, SLOW COOK COOK TIME and CLEAN to program a Delayed Timed Bake or Self-Cleaning cycle start time. WARM & HOLD PAD--Use to select the Warm & Hold feature. ADD 1 MINUTE--Use to select Add 1 Minute feature. CONV CONVERT--Use to select the Convection Convert feature. OVEN LIGHT--Use to turn the oven light ON and OFF. KITCHEN TIMER ON/OFF Use to set or cancel the Kitchen Timer. The Kitchen CONVECTION BAKE-- Timer does not start or stop cooking. Use to select the Convection Bake feature. CAKES & BREADS-- Use to select the Cakes & Breads cooking features. STOP--Use to cancel any oven mode previously MEAT PROBE-- Use to activate the meat probe feature. PREHEAT-- Use to raise oven to CLOCK SET-- Use to entered except the time of day and minute timer.
