Toner collecting section 15.3 Operation 15.3.1 Toner collecting mechanism • Waste toner scraped off by the cleaning blade of the transfer belt and that scraped off by the cleaning blade of the photo conductor are conveyed by each of the toner collecting screws into the drum cartridge. A. Transfer belt • Waste toner scraped off by the cleaning blade is collected by the toner collecting screws 1/2 for transfer belt. • The waste toner collected by the toner collecting screw is conveyed to the waste toner box by way of the toner collecting screw 2.
