This is normal for LCD screen products. The audio function does not work. No sound? Problem Sound is too dull. Sound is too low. Action yySee if the audio cable is connected properly. yyAdjust the volume. yySee if the sound is set properly. yySelect the appropriate equalizer sound. yyAdjust the volume. Screen color is abnormal. Problem Screen has poor color resolution (16 colors). Screen color is unstable or mono-colored. Do black spots appear on the screen?
