Replace the battery. Cannot initialize the keyboard. Make sure the keyboard is correctly connected to the computer and that no keys are held pressed during the POST. To purposely configure the computer without a keyboard, set the error halt condition in the Setup Utility program to HALT ON ALL, BUT KEYBOARD. The BIOS then ignores the missing keyboard during the POST. Pressing the TAB key permits you to toggle between the default POST screen and a custom POST display screen. The main microprocessor information is displayed on the POST screen. The total size of installed memory modules is displayed on the POST screen. The hard disk drive information is displayed on the POST screen. When a key is kept pressed for a long time, the error message will be displayed during the POST. The system might be overheating. Press F10 to exit. Note: If the problem is caused by the microprocessor fan, pressing F10 will not solve the problem. When there is no keyboard detected, the error message will be displayed. Replace the battery.
