Step 2 Check the ring count delay settings. The problem is solved. From the control panel, touch Settings > Fax > Fax Setup > Fax Receive Settings > Rings to Answer. Can you receive faxes? Step 3 If the printer is printing blank pages, then see "Blank or white pages" on page 165. The problem is solved. Can you receive faxes? No Go to step 2. Contact customer support. No Go to step 2.
