Configuring the Network Storage System (NSS) Step 2 - Log into the NSS Configuration Interface 3 To set up your computer to communicate with the NSS: STEP 1 Set your computer's network settings to the following: • IP Address: 169.254.x.y (where x and y can be any number between 1 and 254). To set up your computer to communicate with the NSS:
STEP 1
Set your computer’s network settings to the following:
•
IP Address
:
169.254.x.y (where x and y can be any number between 1 and
254). For example, 169.254.1.2.
•
Subnet Mast (Netmask)
:
255.255.0.0.
After you configure your computer, you can log into the NSS configuration
interface. You can configure the NSS network IP settings as required.
Step 2 — Log into the NSS Configuration Interface
To log into the configuration interface:
STEP 1

(For example, “http://NAS0018F804E44C”.)

Find the NSS through UPnP or Bonjour if installed.
