BIOS Setup allowed to precharge. If insufficient time is allowed for the RAS to accumulate its charge before DRAM refresh, refresh may be incomplete and DRAM may fail to retain data. This item applies only when synchronous DRAM is installed in the system. 1T/2T Memory Timing This item controls the SDRAM command rate. Select [1T] makes SDRAM signal controller to run at 1T (T=clock cycles) rate. Selecting [2T] makes SDRAM signal controller run at 2T rate. MCT Timing Mode This field has the capacity to automatically detect all of the DRAM timing. SB to CPU Freq Auto [Enabled] Auto Detect HT frequency. [Disabled] Manual to setting HT frequency. SB to CPU Frequency W hen the SB to CPU Freq Auto set to [Disabled], the item will appear. This item allows you to select the frequency from CPU to chipset. SB to CPU LinkWidth This item allows you to select the HT width from CPU to chipset. Auto Disable DIMM/PCI Frequency W hen set to [Enabled], the system will remove (turn off) clocks from empty DRAM/ PCI slots to minimize the electromagnetic interference (EMI). CPU Voltage This item allows you to increase the CPU voltage. M emory Voltage Adjusting the memory voltage can increase the memory speed. NB Voltage Adjust the North Bridge chipset voltage. VTT FSB Voltage Adjust the VTT FSB voltage. Adjust CPU Voltage Offset Adjust the CPU offset voltage. Adjust AM D NB Voltage offset Adjust the NB offset voltage. 3-21
