Using Speed Dial You can use speed dialing in two ways: ⅷ Quick access for up to 98 phone numbers. ⅷ Shortcuts to features found in the Start menu including email, calendar, and Bluetooth Manager. To access speed dial entries, press and hold the single-digit speed dial number for one second. If the speed dial is two digits, press the first digit, then press and hold the second digit. The device dials the phone number, opens a new email message, or goes to the Web page. Note: Speed dial 1 is reserved for calling your voicemail. Phone Numbers You can set the speed dial to call the entries in your contacts list. To add a speed dial entry from your contacts list: 1. Press Contacts (right softkey). - or - Press Start (left softkey) and select Contacts. 2. Highlight the contact containing the number you want to create a speed dial for. 3. Press s to display the contact's details. 4. Highlight the phone number, email address, or Web page for which to create the speed dial. 5. Press Menu (right softkey) and select Add to Speed Dial. 6. In the Keypad assignment field, select the speed dial number to use. 7. Press Done (left softkey) to save your settings. 52 Section 2D: Using Calling Features

Using Speed Dial
You can use speed dialing in two ways:

Phone Numbers
You can set the speed dial to call the entries in your
contacts list.
To add a speed dial entry from your contacts list:
