1 OVERVIEW Front Panel The SB6120 front panel lights provide information about power, communications, and errors. Key Light 1 Off Power is disconnected Flashing This light never flashes On Green: Power is properly connected 2 Receive channel Scanning for a receive Green: Downstream not found (downstream) channel channel is connected connection Blue: Downstream channel is connected with bonded channels 3 Send channel not Scanning for a send Green: Upstream channel is found (upstream) channel connected connection Blue: Upstream channel is connected with bonded channels 4 Internet Scanning for configuration Connected to Internet connection failed parameters 5 No connection to Transmitting or receiving Amber: A device, computer the SB6120 data on Ethernet port or hub, is connected via the Ethernet port Ethernet (10Base-T) or Fast detected Ethernet (100Base-T) port Blue: High-speed Gigabit Ethernet connection from SB6120 to your PC During normal operation, the POWER, RECEIVE, SEND, and ONLINE lights are ON. The LINK light flashes when the cable modem is transferring data. 2
