Use Your Mobile Hotspot The battery icon on the LCD screen indicates when the battery is fully charged ( ) and an alert is displayed. BatteryBoost (Charge) your smartphone If your smartphone is low or out of battery power, you can boost it using the mobile hotspot's BatteryBoost cable. You can start the boost from the mobile hotspot or the AT&T Unite Pro Manager homepage. Caution: If you want to use the BatteryBoost feature on an airplane or similar area where radios must be turned off, make sure you set the device to Airplane mode first. See Airplane mode on page 36. Note: BatteryBoost supports most smartphones that accept charging from a USB port. To ensure proper performance, use the BatteryBoost cable included in the box, or a replacement that you purchased from AT&T. A regular microUSB cable with a female end will not work. Rev 1 Nov.13 35
