The MoCA Devices screen displays. Setting Up Security You can manage security for the Coax-Ethernet Adapters by: • Activating network security and setting up an encryption key. • Setting up a password that controls access to the MCA1001 Configuration Utility. Note: For these measures to take effect, you must replicate the same settings for all CoaxEthernet Adapters in your network. Note your settings, then repeat the steps in "Installing and Starting the MCA1001 Configuration Utility" on page 3-2 to connect to each coax-ethernet adapter and configure its settings to match. To view the average transmit and receive rates of your Coax-Ethernet Adapters, select
MoCA
Devices
under Bridge Status in the main menu. The MoCA Devices screen displays.
The screen displays the most recently available average transmit and receive rate information for
your Coax-Ethernet Adapters, identifying each by MAC address.
Setting Up Security
