You can use more than one line to describe an appointment. Managing Your Calendar Scheduling events Use Calendar to manage your schedule. You can enter appointments, events without a start time, events that repeat at regular intervals, and events that span a period of time. Scheduling an appointment 0 1 Open Day View: a.
