Built-in flash When the button is pressed, the flash is activated and the picture will be recorded. Use the Built-in flash in order to record still pictures in dark places. The icon changes each time it is touched. ß ([ON]) # ßA ([AUTO]) # ([OFF]) ≥ The unit automatically determines if the flash is necessary even when it has been set to by detecting the ambient brightness.
