Accessibility Setting the talking keypad You can enable this feature by setting its volume to "High" or "Low", and disable it by setting its volume to "Off". The default setting is "Off". This feature can be set for each handset. 1 MMENUN#750 2 MbN: Select the desired setting. a MSAVEN a MOFFN Note: R If you dial a phone number quickly, the handset may not announce the dialed phone number correctly. For best results, dial slowly, and wait for the handset to announce each number before dialing the next. Key tones Use this procedure to change the volume of the tones that sound when you press keys on the handset and base unit, or to turn them off. The default setting is "Low". Includes confirmation tones and error tones, etc. This feature can be set for each unit. 1 For handset: MMENUN#165 For base unit (using a handset): MMENUN#*165 2 MbN: Select the desired setting. a MSAVEN a MOFFN Message indicator The message indicator on the handset and base unit can indicate unit status, as explained below.
