5SPVCMFTIPPUJOH Please check the following before contacting us for repair. Problem The juicer does not run after the power is switched on. The motor housing is hot. The juicer stopped suddenly. Noise during operation. Cause and solution ˔ Is the power plug inserted into an outlet? ‎ Insert the power plug into an outlet. ˔ 4FUUIFKVJDFSDPSSFDUMZ ‎ The lid needs to be turned until you hear a "click" sound. If you fail to do so, the juicer will not run after the power is switched on. (P. Remove prohibited ingredients from the juicer. ˔ The operating time is longer than the rated duration. ‎ Follow the rated duration (up to 15 minutes). To resume operation, please wait for at least 30 minutes. You may hear sound such as squeaking or cracking.  tThese are the sound of ingredients being compressed. (Depending on the ingredients, the noise may be quite loud.)  tThis is the sound of the rotating brush contacting with filter. Leakage of juice or frozen dish. ˔ The rubber, rubber brushes and/or rubber plug are not assembled correctly. ‎ Assemble them correctly. (P. EN10,11,17) The juicing bowl or motor housing shakes during operation. ˔ This is normal. Since the juicing bowl and motor housing are split type, they may shake when the squeezing screw is rotating. Do not press the lid or juicing bowl. (Doing so may result in failure of the juicer.) Abnormal noise or vibration. ˔ The squeezing screw and attachments are not assembled correctly. ‎ Assemble the squeezing screw and attachments correctly (P. EN10,11). EN18 Overload protection The motor may stop running when the internal overload protection is activated to prevent overload of motor. These are the sound of ingredients being compressed.
(Depending on the ingredients, the noise may be quite loud.)
This is the sound of the rotating brush contacting with filter.
Noise during operation.
The rubber, rubber brushes and/or rubber plug are not
assembled correctly.
Assemble them correctly. (P. EN10,11,17)
Leakage of juice or
frozen dish.
The squeezing screw and attachments are not assembled correctly.
Assemble the squeezing screw and attachments correctly (P. EN10,11).
Abnormal noise or
vibration.
The juicer does not
run after the power is
switched on.

Insert the power plug into an outlet.
The lid needs to be turned until you hear a “click” sound. If you
fail to do so, the juicer will not run after the power is switched
