With a 7.1-Channel System (with Surround Back Speakers), also connect 7 and 8. Up to two powered subwoofers can be connected. The same signal is output from each of the SUBWOOFER jacks. With this connection, you can connect one more set of front speakers to use as a Speaker B System. Switch Speakers A/B with "Speakers" in AV Adjust (P26). Note that sound is not output from the surround back speaker when A+B is selected. Setup 0 Settings for the speaker configuration you have connected need to be made in "1. Full Auto MCACC" (P20) in Initial Setup. Speaker B Make sure the exposed wires of the speakers do not stick out of the speaker terminals when connecting.
