Appendix Moving and Transporting the Printer R CAUTION: • When moving the machine, each person should hold the handle on the sides, and lift slowly. Lifting carelessly or dropping it may cause injury. • When moving the printer, remember to unplug the power cord from the wall outlet to avoid fire or electric shock. • When pulling out the plug from the socket, grip the plug to avoid damaging the cord and causing fire or electric shock. Note ❒ The printer weighs approximately 85 kg. Protect the printer by using the original packaging when transporting. Important 5 ❒ Be sure to disconnect all cables from the printer before moving it. ❒ This printer is a piece of precision machinery. Take care to avoid damage dur- ing shipment.
