Adjusts the camera settings among two tabs: Camera and Settings. For more information, refer to "Adjusting Camera Settings" on page 117. Exits the current mode and returns you to the previously active page. Allows you to focus on the center of the viewfinder. Modes are Auto Focus, Macro, or OFF. Adjusts the image brightness level by either increasing or decreasing the level. Launches the My Photos folder viewer where you can specify file-specific actions such as transfer via email/Bluetooth, deletion, file info, etc.. Adjusting Camera Settings 1. Press and hold to activate the Camera mode. 2. Touch to enter the camera settings pages. 3. If not already open, tap camera settings: to adjust the following • Timer: allows you to set a time delay before the camera takes the photo. Select the length of delay you want by touching Off, 2 seconds, 5 seconds, and 10 seconds. When you press , the camera takes the photo after the specified time elapses. • White balance: allows you to choose from the following: Auto, Daylight, Cloudy, Tungsten, or Fluorescent. • Effect: allows you to change the color tone or apply special effects to your photos. Options include: None, B&W, Sepia, Aqua, Watercolor, or Negative. • ISO: allows you to adjust the ISO sensitivity of the camera imaging sensor. Selections are: Auto, 100, 200, or 400 speed. • Metering: allows you to set how the camera measures or meters the light source: Center-weighted, Spot, or Matrix. • Quality: allows you to set the image quality to: High, Normal, or Economy. • GPS: allows you to activate the GPS tracking feature which adds your current location information to the image file's properties information. This feature is enabled via the internal GPS components. Note: Touch the Up/Down arrows (right side of Camera settings page) to scroll down to additional entries such as Metering, Quality, and GPS. 117
