Table of Contents Index 20 Preparing the Recorder Inserting a Memory Card In addition to the built-in memory, you can record files on a memory card. Inserting a memory card  Slide and lift the battery compartment lid, while the IC recorder is turned off or in the stop mode. The memory card slot is within the battery compartment.  Insert a microSD card into the memory card slot in the battery compartment with the label side facing up, until it clicks into place. With the label side facing up  Close the battery compartment lid. To remove a memory card Push the memory card into the slot. When it pops out, remove it from the memory card slot. Structure of folders and files 5 folders are created in a memory card in addition to those in the built-in memory. The structure of folders and files is somewhat different from that of the built-in memory ( p. 97). Continued 
