Table of Contents Index 45 Playing Files Changing the Playback Settings Reducing noise in the playback sound and making the human voice clearer - the noise cut function STOP , /ENTER MENU When you set the NOISE CUT switch to "ON," ambient noise other than the human voice is reduced. A file is played back with clear sound quality because the noise of all frequency bands including a human voice is reduced. To set the noise cut level In the stop or playback mode, select MENU the tab "Noise Cut Level," and then press /ENTER. Press or to select "Maximum" or "Medium," and then press / ENTER. Press STOP to exit the menu mode. To cancel the noise cut function Set the NOISE CUT switch to "OFF." Note When playing back a music file in good sound quality, make sure to set the NOISE CUT switch to "OFF."
