Limiting the volume You can use AVLS (Automatic Volume Limiter System) to limit the maximum volume. Setting the operation sound You can change the operation sounds of your Walkman. Setting the screen off timer You can set the time after which the screen is turned off when there are no operations. You can preserve battery power by setting this to a shorter time. Adjusting the screen brightness You can set the screen brightness to one of five levels. You can preserve battery power by setting this to a lower level. Setting a photo as wallpaper You can set your desired photo as the wallpaper. Setting the date and time Set the date and time when you purchase a new Walkman, or if you have not used your Walkman for a prolonged period and the date and time have been reset. Charging in the battery care mode In the [Battery Care] mode, your Walkman stops charging at about 90 % of the full charge, reducing deterioration of the 80
