TL-WPA4230P AV500 Passthrough Powerline WiFi Extender 2.5 Wi-Fi Clone Button for Super Range Extension Wi-Fi Clone button is used for copying the wireless settings (including SSID and wireless password) from the front wireless router. Wi-Fi Clone Steps: Before taking the steps below, we strongly recommend you make sure the current wireless password of the front router isn't the default value. 1. Press the WPS button on the router for 2 seconds. (Here we take TP-LINK router as an example.) 2. Press the Wi-Fi Clone button on the extender for 2 seconds. The extender will reboot later. * It's recommended that you plug the extender near the router to use Wi-Fi Clone button. After Wi-Fi Clone: A unified wireless network is established. The SSID and wireless password of the powerline extender will be the same as the wireless router. 7

2.5 Wi-Fi Clone Button for Super Range Extension
Wi-Fi Clone button is used for copying the wireless settings (including SSID and wireless password)
from the front wireless router.
Wi-Fi Clone Steps:
Before taking the steps below, we strongly recommend you make sure the current wireless password of
the front router isn’t the default value.
1.
Press the WPS button on the router for 2 seconds. (Here we take TP-LINK router as an example.)
2.
Press the Wi-Fi Clone button on the extender for 2 seconds. The extender will reboot later.
* It’s recommended that you plug the extender near the router to use Wi-Fi Clone button.
After Wi-Fi Clone:
A unified wireless network is established. The SSID and wireless password of the powerline extender
will be the same as the wireless router.
