Retard pad 1. Remove the paper tray from the printer. 2. Remove the two springs. 3. Use a small screwdriver to carefully pry both arms free of the mounting pins. 4. Remove the retard pad. Removing the retard pad Reverse these steps to install the retard pad. Service Guide 119
